Summer Must-Haves: Some of My Favorites

Temps are up, the sun’s out more, and flowers are blooming—SUMMER IS HERE. 

It’s really happening! I don’t know about you, but I feel like the thought of summer seems even more amazing after the past few months. I think we’re all ready for something fresh and light.

So in honor of sunny summer and trying new things, I’m sharing some of my absolute favorites right now. These are products, media, and more that are making me smile, stretch, and grow. 

I hope they make your day a little brighter, too. Here goes… 

  1. Shows/movies
    I’m not one to mindlessly binge tv or movies (I can’t sit still that long!), but I do love watching the occasional show that’s packed with life lessons, inspiring, or just plain fun. Here are two that I’ve really enjoyed recently:

    If you’ve hung around me long at all, you know that I’m an avid reader. I spend time each and every day reading books, blogs, and other materials that grow my heart and mind. Here are two I completely dig:

    I’m a bit of a notebook fanatic, I’ll admit it. And these gorgeous notebooks are as well-made and functional as they are lovely. I love mine so much!

  4. Planner by Carrie & Co
    2020 may not have gone as you planned (thanks, no thanks, COVID-19), but it’s never too late to get on track and take back your days. These planners are perfect for just that!

  5. Energize: the PERFECT summer drink
    It’s true, I’m obsessed with Beachbody’s Energize and drink it daily all year long. But, there’s something extra refreshing about having this power-packed hydration in the summer when it’s hot. My favorite combo is 1 scoop of Beachbody Energize + 1 scoop of Beachbody Hydrate, mixed well with water and poured over ice—it’s so, so good!

    Local to Indy? Farmer’s Fridge delivers made-from-scratch salads, sandwiches, snacks, and more! Bonus: they donate unsold food to local food pantries in need.
