Shakeology: What It Is + Favorite Recipes

Sometimes it can feel like getting the nutrition we need can be a chore. There’s so much information about what to eat, what not to eat…it can feel like a vast forest we’re trying to navigate—and who has time for that?

We all have plenty on our plates (no pun intended), and I’m passionate about keeping YOUR life simple.  But just like so many things in life, fitness and nutrition and living our healthiest life is not hard. We just need a map. 

I’ve been drinking Shakeology for nearly a decade now, and it has literally changed my life. It’s delicious and super, super easy to whip up, and these shakes have been absolute game-changers for my health and wellness—and for my entire family. (Yes, that includes my 92-year-old mom!)

Pumpkin Pie Spice Shakeology

Since October, I’ve been drinking this one almost daily! But this seasonal Shakeology flavor comes in limited supplies, so don’t wait to order yours!

  • 12 oz water
  • Splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (my favorite!)
  • 1 scoop Limited Edition Pumpkin Spice Shakeology
  • Shake or two of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Digestive Health Boost
  • Almond butter to taste (I love this brand!)

Blend, then add ice. Blend again. 

Blueberry Vanilla Deliciousness Shakeology

This is one of my go-tos! It’s purple and power-packed—and a cinch to make!

  • 12 oz water
  • Splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Shakeology
  • A handful of frozen Blueberries
  • 1 scoop Digestive Health Boost

Blend, then add ice. Blend again. 

With so many flavors to choose from, the combinations are limitless. Get creative and add your favorite ingredients like vanilla, cacao powder, greens, flax, coconut oil, fresh or frozen fruit, and so much more!
