From my 20+ years as a Master Trainer + nationally certified fitness instructor, these are some of my most popular and requested styles of fitness. Shall we say… signature styles 😏

These volumes specifically are what I recorded and shared during the pandemic when our gyms were shut down and our community wanted [needed] to stick together because that’s how we’re stronger, that’s how we survived.

You can do each volume as a standalone program or as a supplement to help you jazz up your current routine.

  • Does my purchase expire?

    The workouts belong to you after you purchase. Repeat as often as you like!

  • I'm already following a program. How would I work these in?

    You can add these in to supplement what you’re doing, especially the Feel Good Bonus that includes a JV peptalk!

  • Where have you taught classes before? What type of clientele?

    Great question! I’ve taught group fitness since January, 2002 in so many formats. I have several certifications too.

    I have trained:

    • professional dance teams
    • collegiate cheer teams
    • pre-professional ballet students

    … just about every class and audience there is!

  • Are your workouts designed to target specific areas of the body?

    The kickboxking workouts are total body and the upper body shred are upper body focused.

  • What type of equipment do I need?

    Generally just a set of light dumbells.

  • Are these videos recorded or do they stream at a certain time?

    No streaming. These videos are recorded and are available to you after you purchase for as long as you want them.

  • Is there a lot of jumping?

    It’s not impact that gets results. It’s intention. It’s form. it’s energy. These workouts bring all of that. There is little to no jumping and if I do get excited and jump around a bit 😆 you can keep your feet on the ground.

  • Will you be releasing more workouts? I'm already obsessed!
