This week’s episode is with a good friend of mine, Micah Folsom. Many of you may know her from the Beachbody world, but do you really know her?! In this episode, we dive deep into her story to find out why she is the way she is today. From a childhood gymnast (who almost went on to train for the Olympics), to a collegiate athlete, to a new mom at the age 20 living off stipends, to running a photography business (burning the candle at both ends), to finding her true joy in life in the health & fitness industry, to just recently having her 5th child and continuing to grow her health and fitness empire – Micah Folsom is a force!
Not only do we talk about her story, but we dive into parenting and how she stays grounded and centered while raising her 5 kids AND building a 7 figure business. She is always up for ‘figuring it out’ and making whatever hand she was dealt, work. She is resourceful, gritty, humble and has a perspective on life I believe you will find absolutely empowering.
