I’m dropping a solo episode here today to share a tool that’s been key to my success in making my dreams a reality. The most common question I get asked is “how do you stay motivated?” My answer lies not in motivation, but in my habits and my systems. I’m so excited to announce that the Project100 Compass Planner is out NOW! In the journey through the first 100 days of the first version of the planner, I learned so much about how I can streamline it and make it better for all of you! This year is a big year for me because I made my move to Disney dream happen. And I did that with a daily practice of writing down my goals and breaking them down into daily habits.
