For many years I let the holiday season get the best of me, simply trying to survive the days between Halloween and New Year’s Eve. I just wanted to “get through” the holiday season – which is no way to live ANY time, especially not during these magical months.

Then I made the choice to change. I decided to be intentional about my health and well-being through the Holidays, and that meant physically AND mentally.

All from simple decisions and simple habits that anyone can do – including YOU!

Now I wake up on January 1st of every new year feeling inspired, motivated and ready to hit the ground running!
