Julie Voris
Julie Voris is a habits + mindset coach for women who are done getting lost in the bits of life, tired of playing small, and are over asking for permission. As a former high school English teacher – she has built an 8-figure business from the ground up while raising her three, now grown daughters, by helping women to tap into the power of habits to create impact & income while serving as inspiring role models for their families.
Christi Andringa
Christi’s passion for health and happiness began when she was a teenager, teaching local aerobics classes. Through the rollercoaster that is life, including raising children and losing her spouse to cancer, her inspiring message will remind us all that we have the strength to shape our own narrative, and live boundlessly on our journey to happiness.
Karen Utley
Karen Utley is the Marketing Director at Washington Township Parks and an online fitness entrepreneur. She will share her journey of overcoming divorce and perimenopause, highlighting how a supportive community of women with a foundation in fitness has fueled her success.
Paula Oliveira-Lamey
Meet Paula Oliveira-Lamey, originally from Brazil, and founder of RESET Yourself — bringing people together in yoga retreats throughout the year. With 10+ years of yoga teaching experience, Paula’s passionate about helping people honor their bodies to find their own strength through self-discovery and healing within the body through the breath & movement.
