We are stronger together.

I’m sure like many of you, I’ve put thought into how to be a light for others and how to band with others who, while acknowledging necessary conversations and growth, will not stand for injustice and racism.

But thinking isn’t enough.

We all have to DO better. Not just BE better or THINK better or TALK better. The world needs us to get better at getting better every day.

There are a lot of ways to be a small part of change. One way I love is through donations.

My team of coaches, Sparta Nation, and I have come together to support two incredible organizations—one local to Indianapolis and one national.

I’d love for you to join us in this donation opportunity and help us make an even bigger impact.

One person can make an impact, for sure. But together, we can create change we’d never be able to create on our own.

  1. Ivy Endowment

This incredible non-profit is dedicated to providing support and scholarships to Central Indiana women of color to attend college. (They also put on the most beautiful, formal debutante ball for high school girls—how cool is that?!).

If you’d like to support this local organization, simply send your donation funds to me via Venmo (@julievoris) using keyword RACHEL. (All funds collected for Ivy Endowment will be donated in Rachel Tyson’s name from our team.)

  1. The Broadway Collective

As many of you know, music theatre is a passion of mine and our youngest daughter has big Broadway dreams. Those dreams have led her to some incredible training opportunities and that training led to Robert Harwell and his organization, The Broadway Collective.

Recently, my team was fortunate enough to hear directly from Robert Hartwell, founder of The Broadway Collective. Robert’s organization is simply amazing, training up the next generation of performers and absolutely changing young lives.

Right now, TBC has a scholarship specifically for high school students of color who want to pursue musical theatre, and I’m honored to support it.

If you want to support TBC alongside me and my team, you can send your donation through Venmo (@julievoris) using the keyword ROBERT. All funds will go towards a student of color scholarship.

Thank you in advance. Together we really can make a true difference.
